Off to the Races
It’s great to be back on campus. I started off the week with about 30 students participating in our adult confirmation class. It is amazing how thirsty people are for God.

Pope Leo XIV made his first major appointment as Pope. First job – take Cardinal Prevost’s old post. He named Archbishop Filippo Iannone as prefect of the Vatican Dicastery for Bishops.
Best YouTube Video of the Week: I discovered a new channel that I am enjoying tremendously. Several of the videos are worthwhile, but I have to recommend The Origins of “Non-Denominational Christianity”.
Best Podcast of the Week: 5 Ways to Get Happier Starting Today is another feature from Arthur Brooks’ podcast, Office Hours. His science of happiness is always a good listen.

What I am reading: The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, by Patrick Lencioni. It was a quick re-read but a great invitation to reflect on team dynamics.
